Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking has developed extensive sector expertise in real estate financing activities, investment/arbitrage and brokerage/valuation of assets, focused on Europe and Asia.
 
The Structured Finance team provides SG CIB clients with tailor-made solutions, financing on a recourse or non-recourse basis, combining asset and market expertise and structuring skills in tax, regulatory compliance and accounting.
 
We finance a diversified set of assets, including offices, industrial warehouses, shopping centres, hotels and residences.
 
Through a dedicated M&A team and its subsidiary Odiprom, SG CIB also provides advisory and investment/divestment brokerage services to its clients.

The Real Estate & Lodging Finance group in Asia was founded in Hong Kong in 2007 and established a team in Tokyo in 2010. Current target countries include Japan, China, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. The team has to date led or co-led corporate and multi- or single-asset secured transactions for clients in these countries in the commercial office, gaming, hotel, residential, logistics and retail sectors.
